Cottage Nightly Rate

$210/night with 5-night minimum reservation. Double Occupancy. The cottage is ideally suited for 2 adults; however, the cottage can accomodate 2 additional people on a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an additional $10/night for the queen sofa bed.

Reservations Policy

The Cottage accommodates two persons luxuriously. Because the Cottage is our only accommodation, reservations are necessary. As mentioned above, there is a 5-night minimum for stays.

A reservation is confirmed when a deposit of one night's room charge is received within 7 days of making the reservation. Reservations may be held by personal check or major credit card. For your security, we will never ask you to email credit card information.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits less a 10% fee are refundable with 2 weeks' advance notice of a cancellation. Refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks advance notice will be made only if the Cottage is able to be rebooked for all of the cancelled dates.

Pet Friendly Policy
We are happy to accommodate visitors with well-behaved smaller dogs (20 lbs. or less). The dogs must be crated when left alone in the Cottage and on a lead when outisde. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate cats. There is a $10 per night pet fee and owners assume responsibility for any damage or additional cleaning expenses incurred.
